MCL understandss the need to safeguard all learners from harm including the risk from radicalisation and as such, we embrace the Prevent agenda. This does not mean we want to prevent you from having political and religous views but it is about keeping you safe and within the law.

You have the right to be and feel safe. People should not harm or abuse you, or threaten to do so.
There are staff available who are there to support you and make your place of learning safe.
