Course Information: Yachtmasters

About this course

Don't get lost over the horizon! Do you make coastal/offshore passages by sail/motor, fish, dive, surf-board, canoe, jet-ski, windsurf, or have a general interest in the sea or things nautical?

Are you interested in finding out more about navigation, GPS, meteorology, pilotage, collision avoidance rules, passage planning and general seamanship?

Do a professional yacht masters certificate with us. If you are involved in 'on the water' activities, this course will improve your water safety considerably. Holders of an RYA yachtmasters certificate can qualify for reductions on marine insurance and it is easier to chart a boat anywhere in the world.

Excursions to demonstrate how a boat is navigated through the harbour in Middlesbrough will provide an opportunity to apply the theory in practice. Extra charges will apply.
