Middlesbrough Community Learning Advisory Board

The Board’s main function is to secure a sound basis for continuous improvement for Middlesbrough Community Learning (MCL).

It provides a forum in which members support the continuous improvement of Middlesbrough Community Learning.

It scrutinises and provides direction and performance of MCL in meeting the needs of individuals, communities, businesses and the future prosperity and wellbeing of the town.
