Learning for Inclusion (Community Learning) aims to improve residents’ mental and physical health, build confidence, develop essential life skills, combat social  isolation and  improve disadvantaged communities.  To help us address these priorities in Middlesbrough, Middlesbrough Community  Learning, part of Middlesbrough Council, is taking applications from education and training providers who can deliver innovative provision with us in the 2022/23 academic year, starting on 1st August.

To be a commissioning partner, you must:

  • Be a registered education or training provider with a UKPRN number
  • Be registered with Companies House or Charity Commission
  • Pass a credit check
  • Not be subcontracting with another TVCA-funded AEB provider

Success will be measured by distance travelled so applicants should demonstrate how this will be measured and evidenced within their application. Please note that the maximum contract value is £10,000.
