A little more advanced than our Computers for Beginners course, this course aims to teach adult householders how to better utilise some of the programmes available on your computer to save money, get organised and deal with day-to-day affairs at home. This could include setting and managing a household budget using Microsoft Excel, emailing the school using Gmail, constructing a letter to your local MP using Microsoft Word or creating a family photo album using Microsoft PowerPoint.
What will the course involve?
How to access Google Documents.
Creating tables in Microsoft Word.
Creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Using online search engines.
Creating and editing slides on Microsoft PowerPoint.
Downloading and uploading attachments.
