This course aims to introduce existing or prospective residents of Middlesbrough, to all of the health, wellbeing, housing, financial, education and learning support services available from Middlesbrough Council.

We’ll provide demonstrations on the recently updated Council website, enabling residents to report crime and antisocial behaviour, apply for benefits or grants, check refuse collection days, hire a library book and even sign-up to become a member of the library service, where you can hire library books and access computers for free.

Please note that course will be adapted to the group of learners attending on that session, and you don’t need advanced digital skills to take part.
