Second Chance is a training programme which allows people to gain a deeper understanding of how they experience life and the changes that they can all complement to make life simpler,less stressful and more joyful.

Second Chance programme will help people live more satisfying and fulfilling lives. It will show individuals how to access and improve their emotional and mental wellbeing
